What we collect

  • Account information — your email address and the name and kitchen details you add in your profile.
  • Your kitchen content — products, recipe versions, session diary entries, notes, photos, original voice recordings, verdicts and next agendas you create. This is your data, stored privately to your account.
  • Feedback and reports — messages, optional screenshots, and basic technical context you send through Help & Feedback or by email.
  • Usage analytics — we use Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand which pages are visited and which features are used (for example, that an account was created or a batch completed). These events do not include your recipe contents or diary notes.

How it's used

Your data is used to run Batch: keeping your kitchen diary, syncing it across your devices, and helping the founder improve the product. Usage analytics help us understand what's working and what isn't. Your kitchen content is never sold and is never used for advertising.

Who can see it

Your recipes, diary, photos, and voice recordings are visible only to you. The founder can access account details (email, sign-up date, onboarding progress) and feedback you send, in order to support you and improve Batch.

Your choices

You can export your recipes and diary any time from Profile → Data. To delete your account and data, email hello@usebatch.app.

Security

Batch runs on a managed cloud database with per-user access rules, so your data is scoped to your account. We keep access limited to what's needed to run the service.
